Habitat builds its first Energy Star home in Va. (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

CHARLES CITY -- "I love my house," first-time homeowner Valerie Brooks says. Brooks, who works as a housekeeper at the College of William and Mary, owns the first Habitat for Humanity house built in Charles City County.
