The HUD segment of the housing market has suffered some major setbacks and overall numbers are steadily going down. Five years ago this industry sold over 265,000 HUD-homes and today this number is around 170,500. Many popular companies like; Destiny, PBS, Skyline and Excel are slowly moving into the modular housing industry.
